Modern papermaking process can be divided into pulping, modulation, copying, processing and other main steps
  1. The pulping process is the first step of papermaking. Generally, there are three ways to convert wood into pulp: mechanical pulping, chemical pulping and semi chemical pulping.
  2. The modulation of paper material is another key point in papermaking. The strength, color, printability and shelf life of paper are directly related to it.
The common modulation process can be roughly divided into the following three steps: A. bulk pulping B. beating C. adding glue and filling
  3. The main work of the papermaking department in the process of papermaking is to evenly interweave and dehydrate the thin paper materials, and then dry, calender, roll, cut, select and pack them. Therefore, the common process is as follows:
  a. The screening of paper materials will dilute the prepared paper materials to a lower concentration, and through the screening equipment, screen the impurities and undissolved fiber bundles again to maintain the quality and protect the equipment.
  b. The net part enables the paper material to flow out of the headbox on the circulating copper wire net or plastic net and evenly distribute and interweave.
  c. The press will lead the wet paper removed from the net surface to the two rollers with the wool cloth. By the squeezing of the roller and the water absorption of the wool cloth, the wet paper will be further dehydrated, and the paper will be closer, so as to improve the paper surface and increase the strength.
  d. The moisture content of the wet paper is still as high as 52-70% after being pressed in the drying cylinder. At this time, the mechanical force can no longer be used to press and remove the moisture. Therefore, the wet paper is allowed to dry through the surface of many cylinders filled with hot steam.
  e. As the moisture content of the rolled paper is still as high as 52-70% after being pressed, the mechanical force can no longer be used to remove the moisture. Therefore, the wet paper is allowed to dry through the surface of many cylinders filled with hot steam.
  f. Cutting and sorting packaging: take several rolls of paper that have been rolled into a tube shape in front of you, cut them into pieces with a paper cutting machine, and then select them manually or mechanically to remove the damaged or stained paper, and finally pack each 500 sheets into a package (usually called an order).
